Interrail

Travel Tips

  • Seat Reservations: High-speed and international trains often require seat reservations. It's advisable to book these in advance to ensure availability

  •

  • Pass Options: Consider the Interrail Global Pass for extensive travel across multiple countries. For travel within a single country, the Interrail One Country Pass may offer better value

  •

  • Travel Apps: Utilise apps like Interrail Planner and Omio for real-time schedules and bookings

  •

  • Local Transport: In cities, trams, buses, and metro systems are efficient. Always check local timetables and consider purchasing day passes for convenience.

Passes Available

  • Global Pass: Best if you're travelling across multiple countries.

  • One Country Pass: Cheaper if you're focusing on one place (e.g. Italy or Spain).

  • Use the Interrail website or app to compare travel days, routes and costs
