Best Time to Visit

• Spring, September - November and Autumn, March - May are the best:

  • Comfortable temperatures

  • Fewer tourists than summer

• Summer, December - February: Great for beaches but can be very hot, especially inland.

• Winter, June - August: Cooler and ideal for visiting the north, eg, Cairns, Darwin where it's dry season.
